There are no better make up remover wipes than the make up remover wipes from neutrogena. They are moist and soft and don't manage my skin, instead they hydrate it

These are extremely wasteful and don't do the job. You are a better off using a different product or double cleansing and a washcloth that you can clean. I don't know any dermatologist that recommends these. 

I buy these wipes for my hard to remove waterproof mascara! They don't dry out your face nor do they leave an oily residue on my face! I recommend this product!
