Does it get the make up off? Yes eventually. Does it feel really abrasive? Also yes. I would recommend something more gentle like micealer water.

This product was better than the other Neutrogena make up wipe. Soft and took make up off pretty clean for regular, Heavy or waterproof make up..

Good makeup wipes! Helps with getting of mascara more easily. Didn't make me break out, either. No real complaints, but nothing special.
