This is my go-to for removing foundation/overall face. It's gentle on my skin and I haven't seen any breakouts as a result of using it; however, I tend to use the Neutrogena melting balm to remove my waterproof eye makeup, as using this is not as effective.

Value is great on the 2 pack version. I prefer unscented ones. These are the only make up removing wipes I use and I have switched up to try other brands, but nothing beats the quality of these. It removes waterproof mascara. I will forever buy neurtrogena wipes.

I've used makeup removal wipes where you have to scrub almost just to get your skin clean. Even then I had to wash my face really good afterwards. These are very soft & I don't have to rub my skin raw trying to remove my makeup. A light wash after still helps but most of the job is done with the wipes.

I'll start by saying this does what it says. It removes your makeup. If you have average skin, it will probably work fine for you. I don't have good luck with any makeup removing towels and prefer to double cleanse instead . These work in a pinch, though.

I am currently out of these wipes but they do a decent job at removing stubborn hard makeup if you're in a pinch or want to clean up when you make a mistake doing makeup. It doesn't remove 100% of it so you'll definitely have to use cleanser after. I never had issues if breakouts or any skin irritation, but I don't have sensitive skin so it could be different for others. They do have a little scent to them as well.

I have used several off brands of makeup remover but they do not work as well. These Neutrogena cleansing wipes remove makeup without too much scrubbing. I l use daily for both purposes. Great stuff Although,it's perfect for cleaning makeup off the rest of my face. Super soft and gentle and my skin feels amazing after using it.

These makeup wipes are honestly probably the best ones on the market! They remove everything from water proof mascara and eyeliner to the most full coverage products and sunscreen. The issue I have is that I'm trying to not use wipes as they are not very eco friendly.

These wipes were very effective for removing eye makeup. However, they can be scratchy on the skin, especially for those sensitive areas. I did have to scrub a little longer/rougher for my waterproof eye-liner, but they do get it all off with little smearing.
