The wipes certainly take the initial layer of makeup off but it's still not cleaning your face. Use must be followed by a facial cleanser and regular PM skin care routine or your pores will remain full of makeup. Really, you'll need a double cleanse after using the wipes. The other concern is your skin can get a bit raw, especially if you use retinA. Lastly, keep this product away from your eyes! It burns! It is unlikely that I would recommend this product unless someone was in a pinch.

If you are looking for any type of makeup remover these work really well for all kinds of makeup, there isn't much I'd change about them other than a stronger kind to be able to get some of the hard to get eye makeup other than that these were really great.

These makeup wipes are effective in the way they remove a majority of my make up. They are not the softest or wettest makeup wipe I've ever used, that's why I'm giving them a three out of five. I wish they were a little bit softer. I would still repurchase them though.

Only points removed are for sometimes needed more remover or a second wipe to remove mascara. Definitely great for travel.

I bought these for back to school and I wasn't disappointed! I think it's good value for what you are getting, the texture is nice and not rough on sensitive skin. Although the scent isn't the best the packaging makes up for it, super convenient and easy access!!

Why on earth would they make such drastic changes to the best makeup wipe out there? This new formula smells weird, burns my eyes, and doesn't even come close to removing my mascara as it used to. The wipe itself is alot smaller and not as moist as before, this formula makes me have to rub my eye makeup way too much to purchase again. I'll look elsewhere to see if I can find the old formula, if not it's on to another brand

I have never tried make up cleansing wipes before. I got tired of always using a wash cloth so I purchased some of these. I will never go back to plain wash cloths. These wipes have saved me so much time. Makeup comes off like nothing. These are really cheap and life savers.

I love all Neutrogena products and they outdid themselves with Makeup Remover Towelettes. Towelettes is a perfect description. Other products feel like baby wipes or household bleach wipes and OH THE SMELL. Neutrogena towelettes have a light fresh scent and they are not too bulky or flimsy. I tried them for travel and now I use them daily.

I took a little pack of these on an overnight flight to take my makeup off and refresh myself on the plane. I used them twice. When I got off the plane in the morning my eyes were red and swollen and I spent most of my vacation with swollen and then peeling eyelids and undereyes.
