I would definitely recommend this if you have a heavy flow. I have always preferred pads over tampons and these have changed my life and don't leave me feeling as messy as the regular ultra thins. They are so comfortable !!

Always pads have been a great choice for me – they fit comfortably and provide excellent leak protection. Their reliability has made my experience worry-free. Overall, I find them to be a great product.

So thin and flexable you really can barely tell that you are wearing a pad at all. Surprisingly absorbent, holds way more than you would ever think. They do sometimes bunch up, but as far as period protection goes they are 1 of my faves.

i love these are my go to pads. super absorbent and i like that they’re a little bit longer than the other ones for extra protection. they’re very comfortable and when im very light i forget i have it on sometimes

I really enjoy using these at nights when i am on my menstrual. Iuse tampons during the day but use these at nights . They provide dryness at night and they don't leak. Very breathable and thin.

It feels a bit weird at first but I would definitely recommend to someone who got their first because they are very absorbent and it feels like nothing

Always absorbency is nice, I love the feel of it. The pads unscented helps with my sensitive skin sometimes. The leakage is a bit off but it’s because I leak often .

The most absorbent pas I've used. Compared to other pads, it's the most comfortable as well. It doesn't matter the activity level, I've never dealt with leakage.

Rarely do I leak wearing these. I prefer pads to tampons and I truly *always* grab Always. Long gone are the days of pads feeling like diapers. These are super comfortable and barely noticeable.
