These are great for heavy flow and they aren’t uncomfortable like some, I tend to wear these when I’m having a painful period. I can even wear them at night!

They are the most absorbent pads I've ever used, I don't need to change them every so often. the cotton presentation is my favorite as that area is delicate. The price is a bit high but there is no other pad that has the same quality

I've used Always recently and kinda liked it. The pad is thin and flexible. It's long enough for my heavy flow day. However, I wish it could absorb faster because it gets leaked sometimes.

Very absorbent fit is great lots of breathability very comfortable for daytime use , leakage protection is perfect if your flow is regular , wings will help with leak protection.
