The pads are ok there not the best because sometimes the leek and make you bleed through them there not thick enough for going to bed or being out in public with the pads are more for staying at home

Flex foam is my new favorite. It doesn't fall apart and get weird like regular pads do. It is also very absorbent. The holes and lines keep it from running off of the pad.

Very absorbant and helpful overnight to protect from leakage. Thin enough to be comfortable. Wings help them stay in place well and from gathering in the center.
