This is the best pad I've ever used. I'm plus sized so a pad that doesn't leak is a must. The Always pads are a nice wide coverage with large wings. The flex foam wicks away moisture too. These pads are soft too. They have a soft cotton material. Definitely recommend for heavy flow and plus size friendly.

I bought this product after switching pad brands due to me experiencing lighter periods. I will say, I do not recommend too much for people with heavier ones. It is very flexible and soft but it also has a plastic texture to it that is sort of off putting. If I had to rate it I would say 6.5/10.

I love these pads because my period is so unpredictable. I'm talking every two weeks for two weeks long sometimes heavy the whole time sometimes hardly anything at all. I like the comfort of these and that they keep everything in… what I don't like is these conflicting articles I've been reading amount how they actually emit toxic chemicals which is a little scary. I mean I know everything emits toxic chemicals now days but it makes me nervous.

i think i've found my favorite pad! seriously it's so comfortable to wear, very thin BUT SO absorbent! this is the perfect size for me, to use both all day and even while sleeping. i do think if you have a really heavy flow you should size up. i have medium flo and really only need to change it once a day, but i definitely change it at least two times a days if not more! i also love that it doesn't have the wings, i personally have always had issues with pads and wings. these also taper, so the pad gets a bit wider towards the back, love that! ten out or ten recommend and will continue to buy! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I primarily use pads only when at home and and at night, but I like something that isn’t bulky and has wings. The wings on this pad are a little long from front to bottom of the pad in my opinion and I have a hard time getting them to wrap around my underwear without coming unstuck and sticking to my skin. Otherwise, the pad is thin but very absorbent and I like that the back is wider to catch more fluid when laying down.

These work great and overnight Always pads are the only ones I can use. I have female issues which lead me to having extremely heavy periods the overnight pads are the only ones that do not leak causing me to get blood on my clothing or bedding. I highly recommend if you have a heavy cycle

These are ok. They're not the most comfortable, but they'll do in an emergency. Don't really like the material, but. Didn't really have a problem with leaks, but definitely not as thick is I'd prefer. Really thin. Didn't have a problem with odor control, did pretty well there.

I tried different brands in the past, but once I tried this infinity type I haven't needed to look elsewhere. They are expensive, but I find them to be very comfortable especially with the thin form. They are very flexible and breathable. The wings help prevent leakage and keep it in place. They are very absorbent as they can handle heavy flows. I wish they were a little longer and less expensive.

During my second pregnancy I suffered with incontinence issues that were hard to predict. Allergies lead to coughing, and cough lead to…you get it! I found that the overnight Always pads provided the most coverage when standing, sitting or otherwise. Since they are thin and not like the bulky pads of the past, they are comfortable and provide just the right leakage protection.
