I've used the Always brand since I can remember and these pads are really good if you sleep light. If you sleep harder, these will shift and bunch as you sleep. I've found myself using their overnight panty which works a bit better. I usually buy these in a pinch.

You really do forget your wearing one! :) And I hate to be that one person who brings up some other topic issue, but the material that these pads are made out of, makes me wonder how well they decompose after these pads have been thrown away. The material doesn't feel like cotton, it almost feels like a type of foam. Kind of like what those triangular makeup sponges are made out of. If you know what I'm talking about then you know they hold a lot of water, so these pads are definitely absorbent. But the foamy material looks as if it would last in a waste dump for a looooong time. Idk if this is the case, but it would be interesting to find out if Always answers my concern here. Bc if it is, then is it really worth buying considering the long term damage to our waste problem?

These pads have been amazing and do exactly what they are advertised to do. However over the last year ( I've used always for years) these pads have started causing serious skin irritation. I thought maybe it was something in the regular product so I switched to the cotton version of these and the same thing happened. I am really disappointed because I love how effective these are, but it's not worth the misery. If something changed in the ingredients, please change it back. I would love to be able to use these still.
