These have great protection and are very leak proof. I’ve never had an issue with any blood not being absorbed or caught by these pads. My main and only real issue is that the wings are so ridiculous to use. They don’t stick well at all and are too long to be realistically attached to the sides of your underwear without the pad starting to fold in on itself vertically. If you wear them with a thong then the sticky part on the bottom will stick to itself and be stuck in a loop around your underwear which is surprisingly hard to undo. One nice quality about these though is the bottom which is sort of transparent but still leak proof because if you flip the pad over when you remove it you can actually see about how much blood it absorbed which is very often a lot more then you can see on just the surface of the pad. This is a great feature in my eyes because I like to be able to see how much I’m bleeding and whether I need to switch to liners or stick with pads or heavier protection.

Always infinity size 2 super pads with wings unsentered are really good and so very think you don’t even know your wearing one they are so comfortble and light in weight I would use any other always are just the best snd so very soft and fit into your underwear fablous

These pads certainly have changed over the years I remember when there weren't even sticky and the would be moving all over and that was a nightmare. But anyway these pads are so awesome they stick and have wings so they stay in one place and they are for heavy flow but they are thin so you don't feel like your wearing a diaper. These particular pads hold more than others so you don't feel all wet or whatever you know what I mean... I highly recommend try these!!

These pads literally saved my life. I used to wear heavy overnight maxi pads day and night, and they were so bulky and uncomfortable. I tried thin pads but I would leak from the back. These pads stay close to your body, feel like you’re literally wearing nothing, and have never had a leak in these!! So glad I switched and I hope they never stop making these pads.

these are the only pads i will use. the only brand i will use. the infinity flex foam is soooo comfortable and it literally feels like you aren’t wearing a pad. my periods are i would say medium flow, and i only have two change my pad 2 maybe 3 times a day. when i used a different pad, i’d have to change it way more often. these pads (brand) soak up so much! definitely recommend! and budget friendly!

I like how thin these are compared to other pads. They don't feel bulky or uncomfortable while walking around, which is an issue that I encounter with other pads. They have really great absorbency. Even when I leave one on for longer than usual, I never experience any leaks or overflow. The packaging itself is thin so it's easy to carry plenty of extras with you without taking up too much space in your purse.

This product is a lifesaver for heavy flow days! It absorbs quickly, doesn’t leak, and stays comfortably in place thanks to the secure side wings. I felt confident and protected all day. Super comfortable and reliable—definitely recommend this brand! 4/5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I’m not big on pads but I must say these are very comfortable and it hardly feels like I’m wearing a pad. It also has great protection. No leaks. They are very thin but very absorbent. Going to have to start back wearing pads
