I have a lot of anxiety around my cycle, and these are perfect - leak free and comfy. Size 4 is what i use on the first day or two, then i can drop down to a three.

The least irritating material ive found doesnt itch comfortable to sleep or use for daily activities i recommend them often have been using them for years!

They are comfortable and soft but I really don’t rate the absorbency and they also tend to scrunch up a lot in your underwear which leaves me worried about leaks
