TMI but I have dysmenorrhea which is basicallly a very heavy/ painful period. These work great for me on my extremely heavy flow days and nights. Btw, get the unscented ladies, scented ones are not good for you.

i have always used this product and it's always been comfy and perfect fit. it does a good job at night, it doesn't make it leak and stuff. also the wings is extra better.

Very comfy pads but I hate how all these brands use irritating chemicals in the cotton. I just worry about the effects down there and can make periods more uncomfortable than they already are.

These are the best overnight pads. They are not bulky either. Very comfortable and absorbent. I like that they are unscented. Perfect if you are sensitive to scented products.

These are great for heavy days and overnight use. She has had less accident with these when comps to other brands. She will always go to the always brand when we are shopping

These are great for heavy flow and they aren’t uncomfortable like some, I tend to wear these when I’m having a painful period. I can even wear them at night!

These are going to keep you covered for a good amount of time. The only downside of it is that if you move around too much you’ll bleed through your pants very quickly.
