My daughter is a high school basketball player and she moves and this keep her confident when she is on court or when she's at a club with friends. This definitely helps with every woman self-esteem at that time of the month.. 

These are my favorite pads. I use a variation of sizes (1,2,4,&5) varying them depending on my flow. I have a heavy flow and never get stained since using these.

These pads have been such a game changer, wish I had these when I was younger in school. They are so absorbent and I've never had leakage while using this, while other regular pads from other brands that would be such a regular occurrence.

I would definitely recommend this if you have a heavy flow. I have always preferred pads over tampons and these have changed my life and don't leave me feeling as messy as the regular ultra thins. They are so comfortable !!

These are great for heavy days and overnight use. She has had less accident with these when comps to other brands. She will always go to the always brand when we are shopping

I'm a pad wearer through and through. I've tried so many different types to fit my lifestyle. These ones work amazing for the heavier flow days! I don't have a problem with an smells or any twisting/bunching of the pad! 10/10 recommend these!

These always feel like I have nothing on, yet they stay dry all day or all night. They also don't make you feel gross or feel Heavy after you've worn them for a while.

Favorite pads of all time!! It always stays in place, is super absorbent and feels thin compared to maxi pads. I will say that it feels heavy when full but besides that no complaints. Highly recommend!
