Family love it!

Good smell but doesn’t seem to last unless I use a lot of it. Use too much and it’s too strong. One day I’ll find the perfect amount!

reply from TheDownyTeam

We're glad that you're a fan of the scent, Betsy. However, we're sorry to hear that the scent isn't as long-lasting as you'd like, and we'll be sure to let our team know how you feel. We can assure you that our products do go through many quality checks to ensure that you can enjoy the best possible results with them. The amount of beads used per load can be adjusted to meet individual choice of of the amount of scent desired, and it may be helpful to know that larger loads need more beads than small loads to deliver the desired amount of scent. We'd be happy to learn more about your experience and answer any questions you may have, so please feel free to give us a call at (800) 688-7638.
