I would not go anywhere without them. They're also really good for the winter season in my opinion and I live in a really cold place during the winter. I would highly recommend if you also live in a cold place during the winter I think they're really cool cause they're like pop rocks you don't need any water and they are not too powerful and flavor. They dissolve really fast once again 10 out of 10.

It is quite tart, so be prepared! However, it is a great one the go addition to your daily immunity building. It can cause a wee bit of indigestion, so I would take it with a meal or a drink.
