All you literally do is pop the top off put it in your mouth. Just literally take the packet. Put it all in your mouth swallow and it’s not a bad taste. The taste is actually really good. It taste like, I love it. Not that I think it’s a great value, especially for the money that you would pay for it. My flavor was very lemonade, but I thought it tasted more like grapes than anything. I am actually very happy about this product. you don’t need water. It has immune support with vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, and Manganese. it also has B vitamins and you can feel it first thing with every pop in your mouth. It’s almost like eating pop rocks, but a slightly different texture not as rough. I love it.
