[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Emergen-C Immune Plus Crystals in the Blackberry Lemonade flavor and honestly… I’m kinda obsessed. 😂 They’re so easy ,…no water needed, you just pour it in your mouth and it pops like candy. The taste is actually really good (way better than I expected), and they’re perfect for when I feel like I need a quick little immune boost on the go. I love that it has Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and zinc, so I feel like I’m giving my body a little extra help, especially on busy days. Definitely keeping these in my bag from now on!

For an adult, you have to eat two sticks which has 6 grams of sugar. It also says they pop, but it’s barely a pop. Not like pop rocks. All in all, I’m not mad at these, if sugar isn’t a concern these are fun. For ages 9-13 years only one stick is recommended
