[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] when I first received this, I was actually surprised that it was a powder that you just stick in your mouth and eat it as you go, which is really convenient when your parent always on the go and don’t have much free time. All you literally do is pop the top off put it in your mouth. Just literally take the packet. Put it all in your mouth swallow and it’s not a bad taste. The taste is actually really good. It taste like, I love it. Not that I think it’s a great value, especially for the money that you would pay for it. My flavor was very lemonade, but I thought it tasted more like grapes than anything. I am actually very happy about this product. you don’t need water. It has immune support with vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, and Manganese. it also has B vitamins and you can feel it first thing with every pop in your mouth. It’s almost like eating pop rocks, but a slightly different texture not as rough. I love it.

I felt so much better and even had more energy. They taste great! They are a mix of a Pixi stick with pop rocks just smaller granules. I will purchase more! Love that it is giving me vitamins I need.
