Not for me

These are a great improvement over the traditional Emergen-C packets that require water to dissolve. The flavor is nice, and they're easy to carry around.

So it's perfect for traveling. I will most definitely be purchasing this product since I work in a daycare. Comes with 28 flavor sticks so that's amazing.

The value and ingredients are wonderful. Definitely going to buy a bunch of these for winter since I’m a preschool teacher.

I'm big on vitamins and while I haven't exactly researched the absorption and effectiveness of these crystals, I still think that it's an excellent idea. But definitely something I need to look more into to see if it's worth it. I know gummy vitamins have very low/poor absorption rates but this is a little different. Sometimes things like this can be totally useless and it seems to taste too good to be true. This is literally like eating candy. I was scared to dump a whole pack in my mouth at first because sometimes these powders can choke me up and take my breath away but this did not. It immediately began to dissolve and was very quick and easy. Very tasty. Absolutely no hint of vitamin scent or flavor at all. Definitely worth trying and good to have in the winter months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tasty little stick of vitamin crystals it tastes like berry flavored pop rocks! It comes in a stick just like a lemonade for water would. It’s reasonable in price and effective at increasing my vitamins without wasting time or money.
