I absolutely love emergenc it's my all time favorites, when I heard they where doing this in a to go I jumped on the occasion to try it out especially because it's Soo easy to use, no need to mix just open little pack and pour in your mouth. No water is needed for the supplement, You just pour in your mouth and go. Taking these reminded me of having Pop rocks as a child. They give off a popping sensation.
