I bought this play kitchen for my son in June, for his second birthday. I wanted to get him a play kitchen that would promote imaginary play and fit his current developmental milestone and this kitchen was exactly what I was looking for! It is perfect for a little boy, if you are looking for something that isn't "girlie."There isn't anything to suggest a girls kitchen at all, however it could be used for a girl as well if she isn't big on needing pink or flowers or any other cutsie stuff. Daddy was slightly concerned at first when I told him I was getting him a play kitchen, but once it arrived, daddy approved. I was slightly concerned about the durability of the product from other reviews, but have no complaints. The base is made of the thick hard plastic "Little Tykes" is known for and is holding up well. The doors, of course, are thinner plastic, but not flimsy at all. My son loves his kitchen and pretending to cook dinner and make us coffee! A great improvement would be to and a working drawer. He is always trying to pull the drawer open to put his utensils away after cleaning them. :) The compartments could be slightly bigger and the microwave and sink could use sound effects, but the sound effects to the stove are nice and seem to satisfy him. But for the cost, this kitchen is a winner in my book. After looking at other kitchens and comparing durability, size, and function with the time of use this was the best deal .

The assembly was very easy and took very little time. It is a little light on the top meaning if the kids pull too hard on the handle to open the cabinet or microwave they pull the kitchen towards them. Luckily they haven't pulled it on top of them. Overall it is a cute little kitchen that does not take up a lot of room.

We purchased this kitchen set as a birthday gift for our 3 year old son. He loves playing with other kitchen sets but we wanted something that didn't look "girly" for him. This is the perfect one!! My 3 year old and my 21 month old have a blast playing with this!! A few problems that we ran into with the set: The oven door will not stay closed so we've removed it for the time being because my 21 month old kept standing on the open door. Also, we didn't get any instructions or sticker decals in the box with the set. We watched an online video to put it together and they are supposed to be sending us decals but we have yet to receive them. I'm sure that not too many people have that happen =) It really is an adorable kitchen set and my boys love it!!! Not quite the quality that I have come to appreciate from Little Tikes, but still nice.

Purchased this for our 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter for Christmas. Was easy to assemble with a screwdriver. Seems very durable and love the cooking sounds. Comes with cute acces.(plates,cups,coffee pot,cell phone,frying pan and flatware.) For the price it is a great find and does not take up alot of room if you are short on space. Real cute decals too.

I really was excited to get this kitchen set for my daughter. It is smaller than what i had pictured. The main issue we ran into is the doors to the oven and fridge do not lay flush to the actual kitchen. it looks like both doors were slightly warped and dont close properly. they still function and my kids absolutely love it and thats all that matters to me.

The parts already assembled do not function properly. They don't seem to fit together as they should. The oven door doesn't close, the microwave door is difficult to close and the plates won't stay in the plate holder. My daughter still enjoys the kitchen but gets frustrated that the doors won't close. We chose this particular kitchen due to the corner design. Maybe spend a little more for a fully and properly functioning model.

The faucet needs to be more realistic. My Granddaughter tried to turn it and said "it's not working". Then the faucet came out of it's spot and now we have to take the top off to fix it.

Love this kitchen my 3 year old and 9 month old can easily play together with it. All compartments open and it was very easy to put together. Lastly, it fits nicely in the corner of the room.

We bought this for our son a year ago and he still enjoys cooking and doing his dishes! Great quality and very sturdy, not like some the flimsy toy kitchens on the market. I highly recommend this kitchen!

There were no decals/stickers included in the box. The item therefore has no visible microwave, oven, etc. Also, there were no assembly instructions. Please send me the decals, or I will have to return/exchange item
