This is a great air fryer but, when the silicon feet that protect the fry basket insert break off, there are no replacement parts available anywhere. The manufacturer offers no parts for this air fryer according to their website

This air fryer worked very well for just over a year. It then shut off during cooking and will not turn back on. I feel like it should last a lot longer then one year when you only use it once or twice a month.

Purchased two for Christmas gifts. One stopped working so Sams online sent replacement right away. Other is still working. My daughter-in-laws love them.

I’ve had to of these these. The first one broke within a year or so and the second one I bought broke after a year of having. Not worth the money for it to just not work after having for a year.

Bought this to replace an air fryer i bought 7 yrs ago. It's great, quiet, works better than i thought it would. I love it. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I would love to recommend this air fryer, as it does a great job on air frying the food. However, I cannot due to the plastic smell that engulfs my home and transfers onto the food. I’ve done all the suggestions and still the smell/taste remains.

I bought this ending of 2020. I traveled a lot and I use it once in a while. Just last week it completely stopped working. I guess they do not last long at all. I paid full price because it was not on sale when I got it. How can I fix it.

I bought this air fryer about a year ago. Today, the fan quit working but the heating element kept going and it started to smoke and smell like burnt plastic! Thank goodness I didn't notice or I do believe it would have started on fire!

I've used this so far for fried chicken, pork steak, steak, and bacon. Everything has turned out perfect. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I can't believe i waited so long to purchase one. Super easy clean-up!

Bought on 1/29/2022 and it broke on 9/8/2022. It works well when it's not broken. This is my 2nd broken one from the same brand FYI, so it's not just a one time thing
