Had to return the first one because the bracket holding the heating element was not attached. Screws and bracket were in the the air fryer basket. Tried to reattach but were stripped. Second one is fine, so far.

Air fryer works well. We like the size of the basket. Be careful of sharp edges on under side of tray. I've cut myself twice while cleaning the tray despite handling it carefully because I could feel the edges were sharp.

I have been using this ALL the time, as we live in Arizona and don't like using the hot oven. So FAST cooking!!!! I even bought another one for a birthday gift, I love it so much. Did buy it on sale $69

I had a smaller one of this brand for 4 years and loved it. Got this on the August savings week and love it! Much bigger than I anticipated and super quiet. Highly recommend. Would definitely buy this brand again.

Bought this item August 20, 2022. It's not October 2, 2023 and it is broken. Buttons are completely unresponsive. I would stay away from all PowerXL items, you only get a 90 day warranty and they will not acknowledge you exist past those 90 days.

This is awesome, knowledge is Power, it’s just take time for me to know how to operate it. It’s very user friendly, easy to clean up. My favorite go to fryer.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and the display screen was defective. I could not program the air fryer to do what I wanted it to do. I could only use the preset buttons and then adjust from there. This is COMPLETELY different from the images shown both on the box and in the owner's manual. I returned this and bought a new today only to find this one has the exact some defect! I am returning it again and buying something different. I will not spend $80 on something that does not work correctly from the beginning!

We had a different Power XL air fryer with the tray/handle integrated and released by button. Worked very well. This unit has cheap silicone knobbie’s that hold the tray in the pan. They broke within a week. Contacted Tristar Company and they only sent new silicone knobbies out. There is no way this was field tested as the new ones will break again within no time. Very poor design. Fryer works well but unless you want the tray to fall out upon dumping cooked food and want inevitable broken silicone tabs as you removed tray for washing, look elsewhere. Perhaps if you buy the extended warranty you could trade it back in every couple weeks for a new unit when the tabs break. There is a reason this unit is discounted in price. Junk.

The air fryer is amazing. It makes cooking way easier .I would definitely recommend.

Used it every day at least twice a day and it lasted for 10 months of continuous use.
