I loved this air fryer until stop working I used just for about 6 months and stop working I don’t recommend this product paid $120 for this product only for 6 months not thank you.

I was very pleased with the Power XL until it just died on me - I had only had it a year. There's something wrong with the manufacturing of this product to die that quickly from normal use.

Gave it 3 cuz it was much larger than I thought it would be. Took to much counter space so I returned it. 3 stars may not be fair since I didn't use it.

Dangerous air fryer. The handle screws came loose and the handle fell off. I was very lucky that I wasn’t cooking something greasy at the time. I took it apart (the screws are otherwise inaccessible), screwed the handle back on and put it back together, and the handle fell off again the very next time I used it. Of course, this happened right after I finally threw out the box and receipt.

I had a air fryer before and it was pretty old and worked good except the paint started coming off after years and years of use. This one I used maybe 3 or 4 times and I noticed a light on the display is already out which really sucks. Not sure what the warranty is with it but it's less then 2 months since I bought it at Sam's Club, and not sure where all the paperwork and stuff is.

I bought this air fryer a couple months ago. Not long after having it the actual handle came off. My husband tried to fix it, even gluing in the screws (which are too short and that’s one of the problems), but that didn’t last! Even though I’ve had this for a couple months I’ll be taking it back to Sam’s because if the handle were to come off for somebody while they were working with hot foods it could be very dangerous. The fryer did a great job, and we loved it, but I can feel comfortable with this machine!

I have not had my air fryer for even three weeks yet and the rubber part that is around the rack that you place the food on came off it other then that it works great they should work on putting the rubber around the rack instead of those little pieces on each corner

The tray that inserts in the main pan has these little rubber bumpers that hold the tray off the bottom and keep it secured. These things break off after a couple of uses. Calling customer service is like pulling teeth out of a dinosaur! Wait an hour on hold, and send us an explanation.. send us pictures...gezz this is a badly designed item.. and it's about a 20-cent part.. . We're taking it back.. can already tell where this is gonna go in the future.. was told to buy the Ninja.

We purchased this for the Holidays. It is so easy and truly makes food taste great, HOWEVER.......Fan stopped after 3 1/2 months and Sam’s Club said nothing they can do. If we plug it in it sparks, so it is worthless. It looks meticulous, is super clean, digital panel still works, but Fan stopped. Waste of money for Families and Sam’s should have a better warranty. We did try and call the company as week, we were directed to Sam’s Club.

Love this and use just about every day. Fast and delicious
