I had an older model that finally had to be retired. This one is very similar, but larger, quieter, and much easier to clean. Additionally they’ve reconfigured the basket handle so there’s no way for the basket to drop away from the handle.

I bought this air fryer about a year ago. Today, the fan quit working but the heating element kept going and it started to smoke and smell like burnt plastic! Thank goodness I didn't notice or I do believe it would have started on fire!

This air fryer worked very well for just over a year. It then shut off during cooking and will not turn back on. I feel like it should last a lot longer then one year when you only use it once or twice a month.

At first I loved this but after several months it stopped working. Sam’s Club replaced it for me but the new one stopped working after a few uses. Not sure what’s up with it. Taking it back and will try a different brand.

Have this fryer now for almost a year, could not be happier with it. 1 Rubber bumper foot broke, contacted maker and ordered a new set of 4. Since it was not a year yet since purchase, only paid for S&H. Excellent service!

I’ve had to of these these. The first one broke within a year or so and the second one I bought broke after a year of having. Not worth the money for it to just not work after having for a year.

Very fast cooking, don’t need to preheat like an oven, French frys are crispy on outside and soft inside, chicken wings are nice and juicy, only things tryed so far

Worked perfectly since the month I bought it Jan 2022 up until now September 2022 (matter of only 9mo) when it suddenly decided to not turned on anymore. Such a shame since this product is not really cheap for the quality it provides.

Gave it 3 cuz it was much larger than I thought it would be. Took to much counter space so I returned it. 3 stars may not be fair since I didn't use it.

Worked great for 2 years then it just stopped working. Got a new plug, thinking it was that, and it still wouldn't come on. We're getting another one because this was the best air fryer we've ever had. Just doesn't last long.
