Purchased this 4 days ago, bumper broke off already. You have to pay $10.00 to get more from the company. Not covered under warranty. We loved our older model. We will be returning This and buying a different brand.

Worked perfectly since the month I bought it Jan 2022 up until now September 2022 (matter of only 9mo) when it suddenly decided to not turned on anymore. Such a shame since this product is not really cheap for the quality it provides.

Gave it 3 cuz it was much larger than I thought it would be. Took to much counter space so I returned it. 3 stars may not be fair since I didn't use it.

Bought on 1/29/2022 and it broke on 9/8/2022. It works well when it's not broken. This is my 2nd broken one from the same brand FYI, so it's not just a one time thing

I bought this ending of 2020. I traveled a lot and I use it once in a while. Just last week it completely stopped working. I guess they do not last long at all. I paid full price because it was not on sale when I got it. How can I fix it.

Everything tastes like plastic! I washed the air fryer with warm soapy water prior to using it and the plastic tastes will not go away. I will be returning it.

Have this fryer now for almost a year, could not be happier with it. 1 Rubber bumper foot broke, contacted maker and ordered a new set of 4. Since it was not a year yet since purchase, only paid for S&H. Excellent service!

I would love to recommend this air fryer, as it does a great job on air frying the food. However, I cannot due to the plastic smell that engulfs my home and transfers onto the food. I’ve done all the suggestions and still the smell/taste remains.

Completely died within a year of purchase. The touch screen buttons were finicky and often non-responsive. I am going with a different model this time.
