The bottle arrives only 3/4 full, not sure if this is standard or not, but the point of buying a large bottle is to have more.

We hate most H&S shampoos besides the one with selenium sulfide because they don't rinse off clean, causing irritation. This one not only rinses off well but also leaves hair smooth and silky!!! My daughter with severe psoriasis on her scalp with thin barbie (doll) hair uses this and she's exceptionally happy. My son with seborrheic dermatitis also gives me two thumbs up. It's the winner!
