The instructions on the box are incredibly simple, I love how they explain what to do if you miss a day. The first week I took this medication, I was incredibly emotional. It faded and my body got used to it. I was frequently sexually active and did not get pregnant. I did not spot, I did have a regular period and the pain wasn’t as bad at all. I did bleed the same amount though. The pill is very small, that’s the only complaint I have.
