I did not know that they made over-the-counter prescription birth control but I am so happy I found out about it. Has made it to where I have my libido back which is a definite plus however my breast you tend to get sore now and it took me about two months to become regular with my period on it. It has improved my hair for some reason though, and it has stabilized my moods during my PMS time. It is a great alternative that really works for me. There was spotting along the way that did scare me, but after doing research i have come to find out that its normal.
