I like that it’s a progestin-only pill, so no estrogen, which works better for me than other pills I’ve tried. Taking it at the same time every day is a must, but it’s easy to remember with a phone reminder. My periods are a little lighter and more manageable, though I do get occasional spotting. Definitely effective and convenient — I’d recommend it if you’re looking for an estrogen-free option!

I'm currently on my second (month 2) pack of pills. Well, I'm not pregnant!! So far so good!! I'm 36 yrs old and have HBP. I used Norethindrone .35mg. I live in NC. Opill has not effected my BP at all. I feel great. I love that this is an option for women now!! I have NOT received any incentives for this review. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s very convenient to not need a script to get birth control. The fact that 3 months come in this is even better, it’s absolutely great! The box is big enough that it doesn’t wear down as you put the pills back in. The packaging for the pills was definitely well made so that younger kids can’t get them. Taking this once a day and not needing to follow up with doctors was great. I feel that it worked and it didn’t cause any crazy side effects. Some birth controls can cause me to just bleed the entire time. This one I barely noticed I was on anything. I did not get pregnant so I feel that says a good bit!

I like that it’s a very low dose, my mood has been the best on this pill compared to many other birth control pills I’ve tried. Removing a star because I’m still experiencing irregular bleeding, even after 4-5 months on it.

I’m beyond glad that this is finally available without a prescription that forces invasive pelvic exams. I am using it primarily to lighten my insanely heavy periods, and off-label for perimenopausal symptoms. The side effects are worth it to me. It gave me a minor yeast infection at first and a few skin acne breakouts, but it evened out. To be fair any brand pill gives me breakouts at first. I live in a state where getting reproductive care is hard. Planned Parenthood and all the usual options to get low cost birth control were chased out our state by fanatics. So for times like this when I’m between jobs and don’t have health insurance, it’s crucial that I have access to something easily accessible that’ll handle my reproductive health. And I appreciate that the price is still low. I went from needing to change an Ultra tampon every two hours to changing a regular tampon every 7 hours. My cramps went from unbearable to literally nonexistent. It’s quite a noticeable difference and changes my quality of life. I hope this doesn’t get regulated again behind a prescription paywall. I NEED it. I’m not sexually active so I can’t speak on whether it works for that.

It’s good to know that I’m able to get birth control without the stress. The instructions were very clear as well as they were easy to read. I had no issues with weight gain or nausea like I have with previous birth control controls. I have PCOS so this was nice addition to what I have been told it’s good to use when you have PCOS. The pill was very smooth and easy to take and absorbed quickly. I had no discomfort while taking these the span of the few months. They are very small when you open them, you have to be careful you don’t lose them or you’ll miss a dosage. You have to take the dose at the same time every day. Small and size and the easy dose.
