I do have a prescription separately that I paused while using this product. Interestingly, Opill doesn’t have the placebo week. This, for me, is significant because I have skipped the placebo week (with concurrence from my doctor). Because I skip the placebo week, I also do not get a period. With Opill and no placebo week included, I did get my period and had massive migraines during that time. Because of that alone, I personally would not purchase this.

I have very irregular periods, so I was very interested to test these out. The only side effects I did end up having was double periods in one month. They came regularly, but it was a known side effect. I didn’t get anything else major. I just want to be fully transparent about my experience. I would take them again. They are very convenient and work like other BC that require daily intake.

It’s helped stabilize my moods and periods. It’s been extremely effective at preventing pregnancy. I would highly recommend this birth control.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this complimentary product to try and I have been trying it for 2 months I was previously on depo and switched to this once my depo shot was done and the purity of product is insane It’s honestly like if I was still on depo as far as no period still and I have no symptoms the instructions are user friendly and easy to follow. It doesn’t have any taste easy pill to swallow and best thing no prescription needed and can be purchased at the drug store I am very happy I got to try this 90 day pack once my last pack is done I will be repurchasing it.

I started using this birth control 1.5 years ago. It took a little over 6 months before my period completely stopped. At first It made me very emotional to the point where I was crying everyday not knowing why. My acne got worse and was harder to maintain. My appetite increased like crazy which lead me to having to basically go hungry otherwise I would gain weight like crazy. After about 8 months of use my periods were coming back but coming twice a month and lasting anywhere between 8 to 12 days each, so I would be bleeding for almost the whole month! My periods were terrible, cramps everyday even when I wasn't bleeding and even being off of it I feel as if someone is twisting my insides. My flow would be so heavy I'd be light headed and couldn't do much some days. The blood clots were and still are present and almost the size of a quarter. I'm just now getting off of the pill in hopes that my periods will regulate again and hopefully soon. I've been reading that some women are having to wait months to YEARS for their bodies to go back to normal after this and some women are still experiencing bad symptoms even after with no change in sight. I understand that this type of contraceptive is supposed to be POP and increase cervical mucus, but I feel there is a lack of full understanding on which this product does to women not only in the short term but the long term. I most definitely would not recommend taking this form of contraception unless it's your only available option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the first few days I was fatigued and started cramping and spotting. My period has since become slightly lighter, but not much. Cramping during periods is now minimal which is great 👍🏽. Easy to take. One a day at the same time and you keep taking during your period. I'm still fatigued, but not like the first month. Will buy again.

Well, let's talk about over the counter oral contraceptives that is affordable, effective and less hassle. That is my thought when using this Opill. I don't have to get a prescription, just go to the store and buy it. Simple as that! I still have to take it daily but it is same as other contraceptive pills that I used before. It is 98% effective and FDA approved. I am totally switching to this.
