If you are looking for a combination estrogen and progestin this is not an option, but does provide effective birth control over the counter.

I had no pregnancies, no extra cramps or bloating and bleeding. Every month, everything was so normal. I love these. And they're affordable. I can definitely live with that consistency. I wish they had a storage container or something, but that's small compared to not getting pregnant. I didn't get any weird odor or itchiness from them either.
