If you are looking for a combination estrogen and progestin this is not an option, but does provide effective birth control over the counter.

I have PCOS, so it’s hard to find birth control that doesn’t make my symptoms worse. During the first month, I still had a period, but it was much lighter than before. After that, I no longer had one. The pills are small and easy to swallow. I love that this is available without a prescription. I highly recommend all women to stock up on this since a lot of states are seeing a record number of OBGYN shortages. Honestly the only downside was the fact that it didn’t come with a sleeve case.

The pills do not have a taste or smell, and they are quite small so they are easy to swallow. The daily schedule is easy to manage with a simple alarm on my phone, and I've been pretty good about remembering. I personally have not experienced any side effects or weight gain. I even think it helped receive cramps from the onset of my periods... not sure if that's what happened or is a coincidence.. but I'm happy about it lol. Its also easy to dispose the pills from the box. Overall I'm very happy and will be getting these again.

It was easy to take and follow directions. I did have a lot of side effects though. I had non-stop bleeding and headaches. Everyone reacts differently to medication so I definitely recommend you give this a try!
