I could barely take it for the whole month let alone the full 3 however, the pack is like any normal birth control, and I did like how small the pill is.

It's super convenient to be able to grab it off the shelf without a prescription, and it fits easily into my daily routine. I did notice some spotting in the first month, which was a little annoying, but it cleared up after that. Also easy to dispose of because of the packaging! It's great to have another option for birth control however I wouldn’t switch long term from the birth control I was using from my doctor.

Perfect three months at a time. Regulated my period to be more consistent. Hormone based without estrogen which has minimal side effects. I wish I could leave a review without giving a star rating, because I know not everyone will have my experience, but I just want to say I do not recommend this for people who suffer from PMDD. 2-3 days in, and I already felt so tired I could barely function, lowered self esteem, very emotional, and just physically gross. Mind you, this was also during my ovulation week when I typically feel the best. As much as I wanted to try, I couldn’t even make it past the first week to see if my symptoms would even out. Again, everyone’s experience is different, and birth control isn’t a one size fits all type of thing. Just wanted to share just in case it could be helpful to others like me.
