I did get small crampings when I got my period but that is normal. It didnt make me gain weight or make me emotional or break out on my face. I have used other birth control pills I know this is a good product. I went and bought some for myself after using these. I loved how it was convienient where I do not need to spend hundreds on a doctor visit to just get a birth control prescription.
