I used some of the brands before and gained up tp 20 Ib; therefore I was very scared of using this one at first. However, I just finished 3 months pill (including some day of forgotten), I still gained weight around 5lb. It's not bad so I think if you actually need to use birth control pills, this brand is one of the good choices. And the package came with a pretty tiny coin pouch and a tumbler made me so happy.

While I appreciated the complimentary cup and the opportunity to try it out, I found that it disrupted my menstrual cycle significantly. I experienced irregular periods and some unexpected side effects. Although the convenience of a daily pill is appealing, I personally wouldn't recommend this particular contraceptive based on my experience. It might work well for others, but it wasn't the right fit for me.

I have PCOS and my periods are sporadic or non existent. This product was easy to swallow so no problem there. A couple months before starting this product. I started a weight loss journey and had lost 40 pounds within five days of taking this pill. I noticed my appetite increased significantly which instantly turned me off within one day of stopping this medicine. I started a period. Which I hadn’t had one in years so that was a plus. I would definitely recommend trying this product but be aware it could cause appetite cravings.

The dosage was very doable the pills were small. I gave it a four just for convenience since you do need to set a reminder everyday like most bill birth control.

I took it for three months and had no side effects, no bleeding, no mood swings, I didn't have a period because there were no sugar pills. You do have to take it at the same time everyday to guarantee effectiveness but it's worth it. Being able to buy affordable birth control at the store opens so many opportunities for women.
