The instructions were easy to ready pretty self explanatory. 1 pill a day. I feel like it helped balance my hormones as well as being a safe option for bc I didn’t notice any weight gain. Overall I would def continue to use these. I set an alarm for the same time every day so I didn’t miss a dose. I would say it’s a good option. My period didn’t stop but it did lighten a lot which is obviously a good thing.
