Just got home from a pick up order. When I opened the pkg, the rotten smell was overwhelming. The chicken was slimy. Freeze by date was 3 days away from pickup date. Because this is organic, it's expensive, so tried to request a refund online, but was directed to call Cust Svc or return it to the club for refund. I have mobility problems, and that's why I chose to pick up my orders anyway. I can't easily take it back to the store for a refund, but don't want to just throw away $30.86. Frustrating.

I purchased these organic boneless skinless chicken thighs. I was so disappointed. They were not trimmed well at all. Full of fats and skin. I miss the old packaging where you could see what you’re purchasing. I won’t be buying these again. I tried to attach a photo of this but the app kept giving me an error code The operation couldn't be completed. (UGC.NetworkClientError error 1.) Good luck if you purchase these organic boneless complete waste of money.

I used to like these, but I picked up the new package (no styrofoam) and it’s just a collection of dark meat pieces and small thin thigh cutlets. I hope this is not the new norm, I can not use these in the slow cooker. Of course the app won’t let me upload a photo.

It is good quality chicken and quantity for the money paid. It tasted good and tasted fresh.
