Bought this for my son’s 6th Birthaversary, as he’d initially wanted it for Christmas. He hasn’t received it as of yet since his bday has yet to pass. Got it on an insane steal of a deal! It’s a Hot Wheels product, decent quality for a plastic toy. I highly recommend making this purchase!

I was pretty disappointed with this. It wasn’t difficult to put together but it took some time. I expected that. However I also expected that the cars that came with the track would make it through most of the track most of the time. Well, they don’t. Occasionally they go as expected but usually one or both get stuck or fall off. It’s frustrating. Cars that didn’t come with the track don’t make it through at all. Like ever. For the price I expected better. Also it doesn’t feel sturdy, feels shaky and wobbly and the dragon mechanism seems particularly so.

It seems super cool for a kid to play with, but when the Dragon falls down without being bumped and the kid tries to put it back and it won’t stay, the parent has to come help him like 20 times in one hour, it gets annoying. Something must be wrong with the mechanism that’s supposed to hold it. But we just turn the Dragon so it won’t move. But then it’s not right for when you want to launch the cars into it. My suggestion, don’t waste the money. Buy a different tower/garage setup.

My son is very hands on and enjoys watching and playing with his toys so the hot wheels garage and getting him random cars for gifts is a no brainer! He has no problems getting into his hotweels garage and being totally focused and play for hours on end!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, my son loves hotwheels and me too so I though it was a great present for christmas. I bought it at walmart because they have it available in stock ready for pick up and the price was simple unbeatable . I saved more than 50 dollars with this purchase.

The spring system in the launcher failed about week in. My son loves Hot Wheels however with both this one and the dinosaur ultimate garage the pulley system on that failed as well and is not easily repaired. Thankfully we got this one on sale. Sad to say it’s just a parking lot storage system now like his other one.

Great gift my 7 yr old son has played with it non stop since Santa bring it . I bought some extra hot wheels to use with ! They all work well with it. It also comes with two cars . It’s pretty easy to use pretty easy to put together the stickers can be hard to place in the spots it listed . But it was worth the $100 some odd dollars I paid for it . Merry Christmas!

The kids love how you can “defeat” the dragon, but the car launching mechanism is insanely strong and 9 times out of 10, it launches the car right off of the track, completely bypassing the curves which involves chasing Hot Wheels everywhere (which my kids love anyways). I would still buy it again, just wish there was a way to adjust the launch strength.

My kids, ages 4, 7, and 11, (one of them a girl) absolutely love this! They’ve been playing with it nonstop since it has been put together. Speaking of which, assembly was super simple thanks to the colored directions provided… and no tools required! It seems very sturdy as well, so I’m guessing it will hold up well like other Hot Wheels City playsets (which can connect to this… endless play!)
