Hello Gigi,

Thank you so much for your interest in this matter. We understand the concern and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. The warning you see is required by law in the State of California. We include it out of an abundance of caution to comply with California’s mandate. The presence of even one of over 900 listed chemicals requires this warning, and since it’s not feasible to test for every single chemical, we include the label on our products. Please rest assured that your Ninja Professional Plus Kitchen System Blender, along with all SharkNinja products, is in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We hope this information helps and that this does not affect your perception of our brand.

Kind regards,
Ninja Kitchen NA
