Too Loud!

Very loud and blades tend to clog up making smoothies; not thrilled with this purchase

reply from SharkNinja Product Expert

Hi Sue,Thank you for sharing your experience with the Ninja Professional Plus Kitchen Blender System. We’re sorry to hear that the noise level and blade performance haven’t met your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when making smoothies isn't as seamless as expected. To help improve your blending experience, we recommend adding liquids first, followed by softer ingredients before frozen or harder items. This can help with better ingredient circulation and prevent clogging. If you’re still having trouble, our team would be happy to assist—please reach out to us at 1-800-365-0135 for further support. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve your experience.Kind regards,Ninja Kitchen

Works well

It's a powerful blender but I'm disappointed it's plastic instead of glass. Hope it holds up well without scratching.

Birthday gift

I bought this as a birthday gift for my best friends birthday. She used mine and fell in love with it. So it was an early birthday gift.

I love it

I love this blender. Having 2 smoothie cups works perfectly for us. I can't wait to use all the attachments.
