No refined sugar in our household. We eat lots veg & fruit. This tastes good when unable to steam fresh vegs. Good with any kind of rice. Love this stuff.

Super convenient and healthy. I microwave this face up for 5 minutes per instructions. In a separate glassware container I add a tablespoon or two of butter with some dry seasoning and empty the bag in it. Close the lid and shake it up and bam, you've got 2 servings of veggies. I've gotten even distribution of veggies with each purchase, suppose I've just gotten lucky or the others unlucky. Don't sleep on this.

Like a lot of people I try to get my veggies in every day and this is one of my go to products as I don't have time to always due "fresh". Like this mix a lot and they cook up great in the microwave, but the last few times it seems to be heavier on the carrots than it used to. So I've been mixing the mix with either more Broccoli or Cauliflower.

DO NOT BUY. JULY 2024: This product has been changed. These vegetables now are huge 2/.5" carrot slices, 3" cauliflower, more water content for the weight(I think), and lack of flavor. The packaging is cheap to the feel; another customer and I looked at each other when we picked up the bag because we both felt the difference in quality of the bag and contents. It is too bad. These were an excellent product until about 6 months ago. My family could get at least 3 meals out of the bag. Now we are lucky to get 2 and won't because they taste terrible. DO NOT BUY.

Nice variety of veggies. Unfortunately, the cauliflower in my batch were spoiled so I had to pick them out and cook them separately to see if any of it was salvageable. They were not. Attention quality control: please check your cauliflower for gray parts. Here's hoping all the vegetables are safe to eat when I try getting this again.

I love this broccoli normandy blend! The broccoli was so fresh looking and the cauliflower nice and white and the carrots were so sweet and delicious! I roasted them, which is my favorite way to cook vegetables but I can see these being a great option in many different cooking applications.

Cooked in microwave according to directions. When done put the veggies in a microwave safe bowl, added a pat of butter, a sprinkle of salt and garlic powder and put back in for another minute. These came out delicious and cooked to perfection and I just love the beautiful colors of the veggies. I will always have these in my freezer.

I don't like frozen vegetables, love these!

Other options are better

The carrots literally taste like chemicals.
