I love this broccoli normandy blend! The broccoli was so fresh looking and the cauliflower nice and white and the carrots were so sweet and delicious! I roasted them, which is my favorite way to cook vegetables but I can see these being a great option in many different cooking applications.

Like a lot of people I try to get my veggies in every day and this is one of my go to products as I don't have time to always due "fresh". Like this mix a lot and they cook up great in the microwave, but the last few times it seems to be heavier on the carrots than it used to. So I've been mixing the mix with either more Broccoli or Cauliflower.

Nice variety of veggies. Unfortunately, the cauliflower in my batch were spoiled so I had to pick them out and cook them separately to see if any of it was salvageable. They were not. Attention quality control: please check your cauliflower for gray parts. Here's hoping all the vegetables are safe to eat when I try getting this again.

Cooked in microwave according to directions. When done put the veggies in a microwave safe bowl, added a pat of butter, a sprinkle of salt and garlic powder and put back in for another minute. These came out delicious and cooked to perfection and I just love the beautiful colors of the veggies. I will always have these in my freezer.

We have always bought and cooked these as instructed in the microwave. Fine and tasty. This last bag, however, offloaded a plastic smell and taste to the vegetables. I had to throw that bag out. I still have the rest and will cook them in a glass container, so there's no plastic bag to give the food a burnt plastic flavor. It may be the bag or something else. Hopefully, it's the bag, which I can work around by cooking them outside the bag.
