I roasted these vegetables on a flat sheet pan in the oven for a catered meal for 40 people. They came out tender but not soggy.

Just meh. Good enough but really just ordinary and boring. Way too many carrots. Not enough of the rest.

Love this added to any meal. Yes, I’ve had it for breakfast in an omelette and added pepper jack cheese. So good!

Perfect amounts of the blended veggies

These were returned for the second time.  There is something very wrong with these vegetables.  There is a terrible CHEMICAL taste to these vegetables. Some times they are wonderful but once again we bought and could not eat.  There is some chemical being used to keep them colorful or something.  I tried cooking them not in the microwave container but still they tasted like a chemical. Maybe it is used in preserving or washing.  I returned once again. I had notified Sam’s prior with no results.  I will not buy again.   With all the additives these days I fear these are not safe to eat.

Easy yet fresh tasting. I use these veggies regularly in my meal planning because they have a fresh taste and go with many meals. I’ve used them with grilled shrimp and chicken, curry, a side, with baked tilapia, and many other times. It’s a go to that doesn’t get old.
