THESE ARE SOOO ADDICTING!!! But in the good way of course. They are minty fresh, and i can eat these all day. I like to let them melt in my mouth and dissolve, but you can chew them straight if you choose. They are good for those morning where you need a mint to help with morning breathe or if you work in a job where you constantly taking in front of people or over people during the day.

I like these Life Savers Breath Mints Hard Candy Wintergreen but they are really too strong for me but I but them sometimes during Christmas time and put them in a bowl for my family and company to pick at. I really only use them for Christmas candy. I do not buy them use as a daily breath mint.

My dad loved these mints. He was a smoker- but took very good care of his breath- hands- grooming etc to never really smell like it. It was pretty amazing how he did that. The mint and wintergreen were his favorite. These are great in the travel tools that hold anout 10-12. That's what I bought my daddy. Miss him- these bring back memories

So I have a issue with snacking and I wanted to find something tasty that I can enjoy. An this particular snack of lifesavers was the winner! Very cool and flavorful and something I found I was enjoying between meals and not reaching for the super unhealthy snacks and felt very satisfied also kept me with great breath!!

I have always loved wintergreen life savers. They are less of a breath mint and more of a candy in my opinion. Compared to breath savers, they are so much better. Those things just have a strange fake sugar taste, even before this whole sugar substitute revolution. So life savers are my go to "breath mint", if you choose to call it that.
