Ordered this cake online, it was super easy. Sam's has many choices that you can choose from. It was beautiful, delicious and very reasonable priced.

Cake was beautifully decorated and extremely delicious (very moist and flavorful) and the price was AWESOME! The guests loved it.... not to mention my grandson who turned one! :-)

I chose out a marble baby shark cake and it was so soft and delicious...everyone loved the cake...the store decorated the cake instead of using the edible sheets and i loved the design even more...overall 10/10

Very yummy! The colors were so bright and fun. The best part was literally the baby shark toys that my daughter could keep afterwards that go on the cake. She loves playing with them!

The cake was great, but I couldn't get over the fact that my son's name was spelled completely wrong, even after I had to physically type the wording I wanted on the cake and submit it via the app. It was disappointing.

Wasn't impressed. I order here for all my cakes and they all come out flewless, this time it didnt and if looked like it was rushed like they forgot about it. The writing wasnt as neat and they didnt lay the baby shark picture correctly and it had air bubbles all across the cake plus they must have cut the baby shark sheet to short because it was in two pieces & i didnt line up. I didnt have time to wait because i had to leave town with this cake. I noticed with this baby shark one a few other ppl rated it low too so maybe its just the cake its self and not the worker but mine you can tell was rushed and i think still warm a little because the clean part on the box was foggy when the worker handed it to me . None of my other cakes ever was like that so im not to sure

This is the most pathetic cake for a child's birthday. Not a single care was giving to this clearly rushed cake. The faded printed image was not even added to the cake properly, then when cutting the cake the image comes off almost entirely leaving just a basic white cake. The cake is not even as advertised at all.This was a cake that seems to have had already been made and the faded printed image just quickly added and wrinkled.

I ordered this cake online. It looked cute in the photo. However, when I went to pick it up, the writing was so messy on the top of the cake. You couldn’t read what it said. I asked the bakery if they could scrape it off and rewrite it and they told me no that they would have to take all of the frosting off of the cake and redo it and it would take two hours. I was on my way to a birthday party to drop the cake off so I didn’t have the time to wait. I was so embarrassed when I showed up with the cake that we ended up going to another bakery and getting a new cake.

Cake was given to me with the icing smashed against the back of the carrying lid. After being in my air conditioned home, undisturbed for only 3 hours the icing on the front and back started sliding off. I am so disappointed and it looks terrible. Embarrassed to have this for my sons 2nd birthday.

This is printed sheet on the top. They screwed up my kid name on the cake. Had to wait half hour more to get that correct. It was too too sweet. I wish they had a less sugar option for the base.
