We signed up for a plus membership so that we could use curbside pickup & free shipping. My mother is 90 years old and medically vulnerable so I do everything possible to protect her, hence curbside pickup. We have been experiencing issues with produce for several months (please see photos) and each time I have called for a credit I have filed a complaint and shared these photos with Sam's Club customer service to no avail. I finally wrote to someone in Corporate and she in turn told the store manager (Jesse) to contact me. He sent me a message and gave me his cell phone number, when I texted him and told him I had photos I wanted him to see, he asked me to send them to his cell as well, he has been communicating with me via text since then. He told me he was looking into the situation and asked that I provide specific dates & invoice numbers for the products in question. I agreed to do so but asked for a work email address as it is much easier for me to send an email rather than trying to text all of that information. That was several weeks ago (October 25th) and was the last time I heard from him. He never even offered to give me a credit for the slimly, orange Iceberg Lettuce. I think this speaks volumes as to why we have been experiencing so many issues with curbside produce orders, the store management simply does not care. We have been loyal Sam's Club customers for nearly three decades, but apparently that doesn't make any difference, we are extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled and don't appreciate having our time wasted or being sold rotting produce on a regular basis.

Sorry to be so blunt but I wanted to warn others. Because this is a large amount of mushrooms, they made 2 meals. First one gave me the runs but I dismissed it as maybe unrelated since I love mushrooms and they normally never upset my guts. But it happened again after the second meal. Since the mushrooms were the common denominator in both meals and since no other meals or anything else in between had caused me problems, it had to be the mushrooms. I suspect that whomever is picking these and/or whomever is processing them aren't practicing proper hygiene. And even though this was a curbside pickup up, when I click on return item here on the website, the only option it gives me is to return them to customer service inside the store. Which is utterly absurd since a) the point of curbside pickup orders is NOT having to go into the store and b) other grocery retailers will resolve problems with bad produce/meat right on their website. Therefore, I definitely would not recommend risking purchase based on my experience with both the mushrooms themselves and Sam's offering no way to resolve the problem other than taking them back to the store's customer service desk.

Love the taste and price but they are big and easy to use for stuffed mushrooms. Always fresh

They were out of baby bellas so we picked up these mushrooms and I actually prefer them. They weren't near as dirty and they tasted great. We put them on foil, splash on some soy sauce, seal tightly and cook them on the grill. They're so plump and delicious. They make a fantastic side for steak or ribs.

Excellent value, and always clean and fresh. I add it to every order.

These last longer in fridge compared to other grocery shops. Daily consumption of mushrooms in eggs for breakfast and adding these in weekly pasta appears to have helped in improving my PSA values as seen from annual physical results.

the product is just fine however the picker should be a little more pickier. Last order the mushrooms were obviously older and not white. More brownish and obviously older. If i were picking, I would have left this one aside.

Huge, firm, fresh and tasty. Some were even almost 3". Bought to include in cooked dishes, to sauté and salads. However cleaned and prepped the huge ones for "Stuffed Mushrooms"
