These mushrooms are clean and nice and firm. They taste great both raw in salad and cooked with numerous meals.

Mushrooms are so healthy and a great low cal diet food. Excellent in salads and of course in cooked dishes where added flavor is a must.

They were out of baby bellas so we picked up these mushrooms and I actually prefer them. They weren't near as dirty and they tasted great. We put them on foil, splash on some soy sauce, seal tightly and cook them on the grill. They're so plump and delicious. They make a fantastic side for steak or ribs.

Also, good sauteed with spinach topped with salmon and dill sauce.
