It would be difficult for him to use the full depends underwear so I thought these would better. These pads are really wide for leak protection but it does make them a bit uncomfortable. They are also thick but not too thick. He hasn’t used any of this as yet, so can’t say if they leak or not.

These Depends help me to calm down knowing it is not a worry. They are maximum size for my 40" waist and fit good. I am even able to put them on over the where my cast gets wider on my thigh.
