The fit is great. I first tried fit flex but like real fit better. Usually cant even tell i am wearing them. I use these to keep me safe if i cant get to a restroom in time. I wear all day long and always take an extra pair just in case. It only makes sense they are not designed to be used to empty your bladder all day long without going to a restroom. I do agree they do smell funny at times but most things smell funny if they are full of urine. All in all i am glad i found something to help me through my day. Great product!!

I truly did like the look and feel of these diapers and being a younger man with heavy incontinence and a need to wear 24/7 I was very excited to try these! I was in a car accident that left me with incontinence and trying to find the right product for me with heavy wetting and and active lifestyle where I work long hours. Unfortunately even though it said maximum absorbent I constantly had embarrassing leaks unless I changed multiple times a day which just didn't work for me. I only recommend to someone with mild leaks

I’m very disappointed with the revised package and briefs contained within. I had figured there would be issues upon seeing the new package (top of photo) and sure the absorbent pad size is smaller then previous pad size but yet the are able to chaff and ride me worse then the previous version. I guess I’ll have to stock up on the earlier version (bottom of photo) and then switch brands - hard to do in a monopolistic market.

I am wearing them as I am writing this. I saw this product when I was doing I weekly diaper run and had to try to them. I usually just use the regular underwear so I was excited to see a new product. When I got home I took off my underwear and put on the new real fit. I was instantly in aww. I loved them and was very satisfied with the protection!
