They fit like ordinary underwear, have an excellent seal around ones thighs and they can hold a tremendous amount of urine before any leakage.They aren't lying when they say maximum absorbency. You can go twice wtih no leakage before you should change. They come in two colors also, grey and light blue if that is important to you. But the sigificant aspect of them is their absorbancy. Nothing I have found comes close. One more thing, I've found that using talcum powder makes a big difference. It prevents chafing and absorbs sweat when wearing these things.

For science, I tried these to see how well they'd hold up over a few hours for my next concert. I drank about 2 liters of soda and water for this experiment, and it did not disappoint. For over 6 hours, I did not get a single rash or any feeling of discomfort. It took in an entire pee without dripping. I was able to then just break it off on each side and slide it right out. It had almost no smell. Honestly, these are pretty good. As an added bonus, you couldn't even tell I had a diaper on underneath my jeans.

Have purchased several depend diapers & under pads. Got the bed protectors & they work great plus they don't cause a rash with the warmer weather. They stay in place & absorb a lot without causing accidents to change the bed sheet as we had to do with the thinner pads purchased. I will continue to get the bed protectors.

I was pleased with this product. If I could critique only one thing it would be to offer the underwear in the boxer brief style. These can ride up on occasion in the groin between the thighs. I have incontinence from nerve damage in my neck and back and use these daily now. The fit is great for me (I have a 37" waist# and my wife even comments how she doesn't notice they are an incontinence product even if I just have these and a t-shirt on. In fact, my wife was so impressed she asked me to order the Silhouettes for her for her 'heavy' days. They reduce her cramping a lot. For me, these have made a huge difference in my quality of life since other products were too baggy and could be seen under jeans, and if for some reason the waistband was visible to others #like during lifting or bending to pick something up# it was obvious I was wearing a pull-up. Sometimes I went without protection which meant having urine down my legs and onto my socks or wearing a product I disliked. Also, most other products would leak during a mild stress incontinence episode - which for me was usually when I was working out. I wound up having to wear light absorbency diapers while weightlifting, which meant public gyms were out of the question for me during physical therapy. With the Real Fit underwear, I am much more confident even when wearing snug jeans #since you can't see them# and I don't worry about the waistband being seen. I feel like the product gave me my dignity back. I don't have to wear diapers while lifting weights any more - I wear these now. The leg elastics are unlike other cloth-backed products in that they don't rub my thighs raw during exercise, and this is even after 40 minutes on an elliptical machine or a one hour weightlifting session. One suggestion I do have is that the odor control could use some improvement. I tend to have a very strong smell after wearing these for several hours even if the underwear is mostly dry. I solve this by washing frequently and using an incontinence skincare system as well as using a biological odor eliminator to mist the inside of the underwear before I put them on. Besides for this, I really thank Kimberly-Clark for a great product. Oh...and keep producing the blue color as well - they are great! I suffered a sudden brain bleed last November that caused temporary paralysis below the waist including my bladder and colon. I have been working hard to recover, and have made much progress but sadly my bladder & colon have not responded. It has been the most difficult and challenging medical emergency I have faced, and I have faced many. The Depends have helped make it a much more comfortable and less stressful situation than it would be without this very vital product. I especially like that they are very similar to regular underwear, not bulky and baggy,(The locker room at the gym is less awkward with these as well... no one really notices because they look like briefs!). It makes them more comfortable, and I know I am safe and dry no matter what. I prefer the cloth-like style myself, but all of the Depend Products have worked great. Thank You for making a difficult situation less so.
